Basic Order Information:
Please complete the Basic Order Form and email it to order@lernski.com with the subject line Basic Order. Please allow 72 hours for processing and for you order to ship. Lernski also have a Basic order minimum order of $150 in retail value.
To get a copy of the Basic Order Form please email order@lernski.com with the subject line of order form request. We will also email you a copy when you signed up for a wholesale account.
You can also submit an order online. All wholesalers rates are available on our website. Please be aware that you will have to have a wholesaler account with us to purchase any wholesale rate listing online. If you do not have an account your order will be refunded. Order minimums still apply.

Wholesale Shipping Information:
You will be invoice for shipping for orders at a later date. Please do not order anything at SRP if you are making a wholesale order. Remember, we will only ship your order when it totals $150 CAN.
